Guest guest Posted March 23, 2006 Report Share Posted March 23, 2006 Today I went to the doctor and he said that I am doing great. For a health report card he gave me an A+. When I had went to see him for the first time I was crying because of my weight. Today I was smiling because of my weight loss. He ask me for my permission to tell others who are struggling with their weight about my weight loss and encourage them to lose weight. I am so happy because Saturday will be a whole month I have been doing Sb. I go back in July for him to check my progress and I plan to continue on the right path.
