Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 Today is the start of my 6th day on SB. This week I have lost 3.5 lbs. It's not like I have a lot to loose. If I could loose 10 lbs I would be happy, 15 lbs I would be jumping for joy. I have not cheated at all. This morning I woke up with that time of the month. I am very concerned about my cravings for chocolate and the constant hunger I have at this time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Since it is the weekend and I will be home I am considering putting plywood over the kitchen entrance but I don't think my husband would appreciate that. Thanks.
