Guest guest
In my book, it says to eat cheese sticks made with part-skim mozzarella. Later on page 27, it says, " The only low-fat foods I recommend for dieters are cheese and yogurt, because they're the only ones that don't add bad carbs to replace the fats. " SO...are we to eat " Reduced Fat 100% Natural String Cheese " , 4 g. fat, 8 g. protein OR " 100% Natural String Cheese " made with part-skim mozzarella. 6 g. fat, 7 g. protein. Thanks!
