Dear Suzanne, I am glad to hear that you are ready to fight again. I don't really know how much liquid I have in my band now. Too many " ins-and-outs " . But it must be around 5 - 5.5 ml. If you come to visit a doctor in Switzerland, do you know which one it will be ? Barbara's one, I guess, as he is a " master " on the subject. I live rather far from there (ask Barbara how long it takes exactly, as she visited me lately), but you are very welcome to stay at my place if you want. Also, if you want, I can ask my doctor for an appointment. Just let me know ... That is not normal, up to me, that you can't have other operated people addresses from your doctor. I don't mean that he should give names to you, but he could contact people and ask them if they would like to talk to someone else, like my doctor did before the operation. I wanted to speak with somebody " before " , and see what s/he thought of the operation. That was not a problem for him, and I could speak with two post-ops before my own operation. Since then, I have also spoken with two ladies pre-op he asked me if Ididn't mean to talk to. (oooooops, I hope that my English makes sense) ///I have also recently had my hair and nails done and am feeling like one of those total body makeovers in the beauty magazines.
