Guest guest
I have often used the advice given to me on this list. When that hits, or just the urge to grab chips and the like, I change my activity i.e. go for a walk, call a friend, go outside, drink some water or eat something that I can have. It's tough, but you can do it! Trust me.....we've all been there! Hang in there! Pam Questions for the Women on SB Today is the start of my 6th day on SB. This week I have lost 3.5 lbs. It's not like I have a lot to loose. If I could loose 10 lbs I would be happy, 15 lbs I would be jumping for joy. I have not cheated at all. This morning I woke up with that time of the month. I am very concerned about my cravings for chocolate and the constant hunger I have at this time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Since it is the weekend and I will be home I am considering putting plywood over the kitchen entrance but I don't think my husband would appreciate that. Thanks.
