I *LOVE* it!!! Thank you for sharing it. I'm going to share it with everyone at our next meeting.

Tina and I (my co-leader) worked out this morning. 30 minutes. 5 on the ET, 5 on the treadmill, an abs workout and then great stretching.

We decided that we're going to do this every morning from 6-6:30am, before kids wake up, and then it's done. And rotate 30 minutes of exercise video's when she makes it to be over at 5:30am. (I get up around 4:30am- she likes her sleep).

We still can't walk at night (after kids are asleep) too dark, and too cold. By the end of the month we should be able to start up again.

I'm PUMPED!!!
