Guest guest Posted March 24, 2006 Report Share Posted March 24, 2006 I just started phase 2 about 3 weeks ago and I haven't lost one pound. I may have even gained a pound or two. I am wondering why this is. I recently started working out 3-5 times a week at curves, I am wondering if it is muscle mass, and I am still losing inches, or if it is because some how the wrong things have crept back into my diet? I normally have a whole grain slice of bread with my breakfast, then usually one piece of fruit and sometimes i have whole grain pasta with marainara. I am also unsure of tomato soup because i eat canned tomato soup one to two times a week. Or sometimes I have those soup at hands. Is it also a possibility that going over my 75 sweet calories could cause such a halt in weight loss?
