Guest guest
Janice, it's hard to make good choices at Pancho's Buffet. I tried a couple of times. My extended family used to get together there for b-day parties, because one could feed a family pretty cheap. I usually tried to fill up on the Calibicitas (sp?)... which was yummy zucchini and yellow squash, onions, peppers, and unfortunately... lots of melted cheese over the top. Best thing that ever happened here was when Pancho's closed down... and Hooters moved in. Eatin' greasy wings with babes in next to no clothes doesn't tempt me like guacamole over cheesy enchiladas. LOL. ;-) Don't give up... you're doing great. hugs, Janet
