Guest guest
I don't have any answers, but just want to encourage you to hang ithere. I don't think it is fluid retention as my rings are still slipping off very easily. I've gone back over my food chart and can't see any reason for the gain. I always drink at least 10 glasses of water a day and two weeks ago added a mile of walking on the treadmill at 5:00 AM to my regular exercises. My goal is so high that having it raised is not an option. My doctor wants it to be 12 pounds lower than it is, then wants me a couple of pounds less than that. Any suggestions from anyone? I am adding more fruit and veggies this week, though think I do OK on that anyway.
