Hi ,

One of my policies is that if I'm going to cheat, I cheat from something on

the next phase.

Like right now I'm on phase 1, and on Day 1 I was DYING for something sweet,

so I had one pastille of 70% cocoa chocolate.

I knew I was cheating, but at least it wasn't a bowl of icecream!

I can't see how a little bit of sweet potato would sabotage your efforts,

just don't put honey or orange juice or any sweetener in it, maybe just some

cinnamon and splenda and butter.
