Use a little 1%/skim milk or some half-n-half. Non-dairy creamers (usually

powders) are generally not allowed because they contain transfats. You can

tell this by simply checking the ingredients label -- it will have some sort

of " hydrogenated... " something. Newer products now carry information on how

much transfats per serving BUT you can't go by that because if it's less

than half a gram they can claim the product is transfats free (even though

it is not).
