Donna, thank you for replying. The thing of it is that when I decided

to make the switch it was because I had started adding low carb bread and

carb countdown milk and then I started cheating too much and realized

that I needed to change the plan I was on because I was needing some things

I wasn't getting. I'm not on any phase right now and need and want to

get it all back on track except with SB instead of atkins.

I will go to the files section and get my SB book out and maybe

I should start on phase one just to get my system " cleaned out " so to

speak, lol, and get going from there. Like I said, I don't need to loose

any more, just maintain and stay healthy.

If you don't need to lose any weight, then I'd stay on Phase 1 just

long enough to cut your cravings, if you have them. That amount of

time is different for all of us, but it seems to be about 4-6 days

from what others have shared here. Then go right into Phase 2 and

continue adding fruits and grains to your meal plan until you are

comfortable with your weight.

I'm sure SBD will work well for you as it's a highly balanced meal

plan that is just plain healthy, for anyone! Good luck.
