There isn't anything "weird" or "odd" in there so everything is fine. She has me on the steroids, which I'm almost done with, and the Protonix and the inhaler but she added a new inhaler today called Asmanex. I had a good weekend but yesterday my breathing was bad. Today...it's okay. Who knows what's going on but at least I know it's nothing too serious like throat cancer or etc. like it could have been. She also gave me a KOPS medical excuse to turn in this Thursday at TOPS. It is dated for three months and I know I'll be able to get

well and get this weight off in three months. It's between 10 - 15 lbs. out of leeway and I thought about walking but yesterday walking around my friends college helping her register made me out of breath so I'm not ready. I can start using the gym at my new complex in February though because like Lori told me....do some upper body if I can't walk. I will do my best. I have also cut out diet sodas because I know they are causing some if not all of my acid reflux. I have only had one in two days and that's awesome for me!I'll be in touch more on Thursday when I return to work. I hope you all are doing well. Thanks for always caring about me. I care about you. I almost gave in last night but I had a small cup of hot chocolate instead! :)

Good for you ! When you want one, go for something else, there's a berry tea that Jackie had me try- very yummy, but I can't recall the name.... It's hard for me to imagine people not drinking water all the time, I drink it all day long, rarely anything else.

Good for you Helon! I have had 3 - 4 since the 5th. That's GREAT for me. I

haven't had any in 3 days and I'm thrilled about that. I almost gave in last

night but I had a small cup of hot chocolate instead! :) I'm getting bored with

the water and the Crystal Light already but I am hanging in there. I will make

some tea tonight. I love tea! !

We can kick this DIET SODA habit once and for all!
