Guest guest
I'm just curious if I can learn something here from you about carbs. By all means I'm not an expert on carbs. My nurse/trainer gave me a general list of foods and a carb count BUT she said to read ALL labels and use that number. There is a world of difference in some stuff, same stuff just different brands. I try to stay around 1500 calories and 130 to 140 carbs a day. I usually stay under a hundred carbs. I am using a lot less insulin than before but again that depends on how many carbs I put into the pump. I love my pump and truly believe it is a miracle in the works for me. My sugars are now staying in the 90's and sometimes the 70's. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning when I see 70 something. I always say "I am so proud of ME" I know, stupid right?.......LOL I just try to eat the stuff that I know is good for you NOT necessarily GOOD.....LOL It's been a big change in my eating, that's for sure but it is something I can live with and because of it I CAN LIVE!!! OK, enough of my rambling Love ya, Love ya,
