question about carrots and splenda

I am on Phase 2 and loving the program. but have two questions

1. How many carrots can we have?

2. How about the brown sugar splenda? Is it ok to use?

There's no limit on carrots. Splenda brown sugar replacement is okay

as long as it's pure Splenda, not part brown sugar.
