Mari, my triglycerides went from borderline high (can't remember the

numbers, just remember the doctor's comments) to 46(!!!!) after three months on

the

diet. So yes, SBD DOES work for triglycerides.

I think the reason is that triglycerides tend to go crazy with highly

processed, high glycemic foods. This is a much better and healthier diet, even

for

those not overweight like your hubby.
