Guest guest
>>Has anyone experienced a reduction in triglycerides on this diet? I'm positive that this is a good diet for him but I'd like some validation - he's a numbers kind of guy and if I can present him with actual numbers he'll be more likely to follow the diet.<< Mari, my triglycerides went from borderline high (can't remember the numbers, just remember the doctor's comments) to 46(!!!!) after three months on the diet. So yes, SBD DOES work for triglycerides. I think the reason is that triglycerides tend to go crazy with highly processed, high glycemic foods. This is a much better and healthier diet, even for those not overweight like your hubby. Laurie in Seattle
