Not good. I gained

1.50 lbs. I've gotta start changin' things up a bit. I've started

journaling again... which I absolutely hate! I've never been able to

lose when I haven't been journaling though, so apparently I need to! I

worked out with hand weights and stretchy bands yesterday, in addition

to my walk. I ate pretty much the same things that I always eat, with

a couple of exceptions when eating out, soooo I'm trying to eat

different foods. I know where I went wrong last week. Ate out twice

on Saturday... once at Subway, then at Mr. Gatti's pizza after sitting

at the powerlifting meet ALL day. Also 'tried' too many of the dishes

at our church's 5th Sunday Eatin' Meetin'. With such a small

congregation, all sitting around the table, it's hard to not try some

of the foods that people have brought, lest someone get their feelings

hurt. Well, I'm through being polite. They don't have to try to

squeeze their butts into my jeans. Obviously, two bad meals don't add

up to 1.5 lbs, so I must've went wrong elsewhere, too. Maybe journaling

will help in regards to that.

I'm trying to catch up on emails before I go pick up . Already

got in a two mile walk this morning after doing barn chores. Will try

to do a 'different' workout later.
