Grilled Moroccan Chicken

A very healthy and exotic way to prepare chicken. Goes great with couscous and

a green salad (olives & Feta cheese).

1/2 c olive oil

1/4 c chopped scallions (white part only)

1/4 c chopped parsley

1/4 c chopped cilantro

1 Tbsp minced garlic

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp tumeric

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a food processor. Process until

smooth.

Rub mixture all over chicken, or place in plastic zip-top bag and marinate at

least 30 minutes.

Grill until cooked through, 5-7 min on each side.
