yes, i'm a SLAVE to that scale - anyone else?? should i try to combat it or

just go with it? LOL!

Anyway - began my South Beach journey 4 weeks ago. As of today i'm officially

down 15 lbs! I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!!!

Let me tell you why i can't....every single diet i've been on i've lost some

weight, the most i've ever lost at one time was when on Atkins about 5 years ago

- i lost 12 lbs in 1 month. So in my record of a bazillion diets in the last 15

years or so, this is the ONLY plan that i've been on that i've lost THIS much

weight - and haven't cheated ONE time! I don't feel like i have to - i don't

feel deprived of ANYTHING!! If anything, i feel like i have MORE options than i

can fit in in a day. I am now just 15 lbs away from being UNDER 300!!!!!

So that is my next goal - to be under 300! And i plan on announcing that in

about 1-2 months!!

Thank God for this eating plan!!
