Guest guest Posted March 23, 2006 Report Share Posted March 23, 2006 Feta Stuffed Chicken Burgers Ingredients 2 pounds uncooked ground chicken breast 1 Tbsp fresh oregano 1/2 tsp garlic 14 Tbsp low fat feta cheese, crumbled Instructions 1. Preheat grill or broiler. 2. Mix chicken, oregano, garlic powder and cheese together in a medium-sized bowl; divide mixture into eight balls and then press them gently into patties. 3. Or you could make up a batch of the ones stuffed with feta, freeze them, and take out 1 or 2 for yourself whenever you want them for dinner. I freeze them and take them out for lunch all the time. ann > > This sounds like a great recipe. But, I have to cook for my family. No one likes Feta Cheese.
