Donna South Beach Teriyaki Sauce SBD Cookbook, pg 163 1/2 c light soy sauce 1/2 c dry sherry 1/4 c sugar-free pancake syrup 1/4 c ground arrowroot 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp hot-pepper sauce In a food processor, combine the soy sauce, sherry, syrup, arrowroot, vinegar, garlic, ginger and hot-pepper sauce. Pulse until smooth. Keeps 1 week if covered in the refrigerator. Makes 1 1/2 cups Per 2 Tbsp: 30 calories, 0 g fat, 0 g sat fat, 1 g protein, 5 g carbohydrate, 0 g dietary fiber, 0 mg cholesterol, 420 mg sodium > > > > I should read the label but I may as well ask here. > > > > I am in P1. I've tried a Teriyaki sauce from Carb Options that was pretty good too. I've not tried this one from SBD.
