Just when I think things are going great-- I have a gain! 2 lbs.!!! I know they will come off next week, but it's just the idea. I know It is a little water retention because I was careful except with water intake. I was also on my feet alot this weekend. No more excuses.

Gay still needs our prayers. They said she wil be in the hospital another 7-10 days and she doesn't want to get up! That is not like her at all. She is usually so peppy. Please continue to pray for her. TOPS hugs, Ruth
