Phase 2 questions

For those of you who are on phase 2 - did you start by just adding ONE new

allowable food item a day? a week? a few times a week? to see how it went

first and then add more from there?

Like say the 1st week on Phase 2, add one of the high fiber cereals in for

breakfast and then the rest of the day eat Phase 1? Or maybe eat Phase 1 all

day until dinner and then have some couscous? Or did you add several servings a

day?
