Guest guest Posted July 9, 2003 Report Share Posted July 9, 2003 Wow! 4.5 for the week! Good for you! I am jealous! ) I am down to less than a lb. a week and wondering what I am doing wrong! I am trying to be patient but in 6 weeks now have lost 2 lbs.! Lost 86 so far but just stopped~! Am doing correct points and writing everything down so not sure what is wrong. Wondering if the massive exercise is getting in my way. Seems the weight loss slowed and my hair started falling out when I started doing an hour and a half a day of exercise. My hubby thinks it may be too much so am going to take a week or two off and see what happens. Is that a normal weekly loss for you? Now I have another 4.5 to get back to virgin fat. You are the third person this week (I am included in that 3) that lost at least 4 lbs. this week.
