Look for brands of bread at your local grocer that have 3 or more grams of fiber per slice. (Watch the serving -- it may be TWO slices.) Then, look at the ingredients label and see if any of the non-SBD allowables are in it (such as enriched flour). Pepperidge Farms has a version that is permitted, as does Brownberry. I personally like Aunt Millie's 12 Grain myself. Last I checked, there is a list of known allowed breads in the files area for this group, under the Phase 2 section I believe.
