You're doing ok, but you did add back a bit more grains than you should for

being new to P2. The idea is to take your time and try things out, see

where they take you. The recommended return to P2 is 1 serving each of a

starch and a fruit -- it's much more controllable that way and you can

better monitor your body's response to the food you add back. You have 2 or

3 servings in here, depending on how much cereal you had for breakfast. I'd

scale back a bit there and have either a bowl of cereal in the morning OR a

slice of bread at dinner.

Question: Are you walking away from the table satisfied? Going a bit nuts

on dessert makes me wonder if you had enough during your meal and if you

took your time eating the meal. Many of us are " big eaters " . You don't

suddenly stop being a big eater overnight (or even in 2 weeks) -- it's a

gradual thing. Suddenly scaling back portions to miniscule amounts won't

work for most folks and usually leaves them a bit ravenous.

BTW, you say you feel like you need to eat more...why?

Good question. Honestly I think it was just the day. I worked out

pretty hard in the morning which I do 5xwk and I just never felt

like I was getting full. I felt like I needed something " heavier " to

eat which I guess is why I was eating all the grains. I should of at

least started breakfast with my usual and not done the bran flakes.

On P1 I always left the table feeling satisfied but those grains are

really messsing with me now. Could I truly be sensitive to wheat

products? I'm starting to think that any kind of wheat for me sets

me up to crave more, not just the white ones. Oh brother!
