There's been several discussion on mayonnaise in the past -- you should hit

the archives on the web site for the full skinny.

Long made short -- you may have mayo but use the real thing. The fat free

varieties have added sugar.

The fat free mayo I use has less than 4 grams of sugar per serving,

so I'd rather use that than full fat mayo, which has about the same

sugar grams.
