Guest guest Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy, tomato juice, string beans snack: cheese stick lunch: left over prime rib; cauliflower and string beans snack: celery with laughing cow dinner: salmon, salad, veggie mix snack/dessert : celery sticks and a fudge pop I had one cup of coffee inthe morning and at least 80 ounces of water.
