call your area captain and she will get you started, she will have the paper work and supplies you will need. she may even have a scale you can use, I have a couple here that I have picked up from chapters that have left.

Okay- since people seem to be online right now-- is there information on teh TOPS website about creating a new chapter? I thought there was, but I can't find it. I'm thinking about making a chapter out here, and then the three of us who live out here won't have to drive 20 minutes in-- plus there are 2 other's who are interested... so.... =-D YAHOO ID: frogiella, I'm online!

and to think I just telephoned Kay about starting a new chapter. If I had
