Hi everyone

I have been lurking for a couple of weeks now - not much has been happening,

that is until I had my 2nd fill. I now have 2.5mls and this past week the

weight has been coming off - YEAAH !!!!!!!!!

I do feel the restriction and have to remind myself as I eat to chew, chew, chew

!!! My meals now are very small but I enjoy every mouth full :-)

Friends are only now starting to comment about my weight loss - and how well I

look :-)

I hope the newbies start to feel better and start to enjoy their new lives -

just like me !!!

Regards

Coral

Banded 24th April - 105kgs

Totally agree Karin,

I have tried to say as much many times.

I think you set yourself up for much heartache if the expectation is

too high. Way too much pressure.

I am so sorry to hear the news of your cancellation. It is

heartbreaking when you are so prepared. Hope you get another date

very soon.

regards,

Cath
