You CAN do it !!!!!!! Hugs, Randie tues weigh well I had another gain of .50 last night and am right at goal, and walked 10 miles, thought I had done pretty good but will look at my calorie chart and see where I am going wrong, not going to get to 5 under this way. Hugs, Randie tues weigh Had a loss of 1.75 last night and feeling good with the mix-up of the walking we did, thanks to Janet. She reminded us that your body gets used to the same thing you do all the time, so we mixed it up some, so guess we will have to continue on that way.
