Guest guest
JoAnne you are the best! What a great idea. I'd drive up from Pal Pk to buy gfcf bagels! Guest guest
Heidi- Any ideas where? We buy bagels at Grand Union. I'd buy them in bulk if we had a place since I have 2 kids gf. Guest guest
ne, Hello! It's Butterworth's in the BiState Plaza. I spoke with Jim. Note that there has been discussion of the concern of cross contamination but I'm fine if he just washes down the equipment before putting in the gf version. I'm sure he won't buy and dedicate equipment just for us. But this may be an issue as to quantity of how many of us are interested. In any event, if there are enough like me we might be able to get him to try for us. I'd love you to help with this too! Wouldn't it be great if ph and could order bagels along with everyone else, and for them to also eat normal looking bagels on bagel day at school! Guest guest
I'm interested in gfcf bagels. Kenny tried stealing one from somebody's lunch the other day at school. I've been buying the glutano rolls but they're $1.75 each roll!!! Ezzie --- JoAnne LaGreca jblag@...> wrote: > ne, > Hello! It's Butterworth's in the BiState Plaza. I > spoke with Jim. Guest guest
JoAnne, Hey, I know the bagel shop! As a matter of fact, I went to high school with a Chuckie Butterworth, who is either the son or brother of Jim. I am leaving to go on a business trip tomorrow and will return next Tuesday. I will stop by the bagel place when I am back in town to suggest that they go forward with this idea, or at least a " test " ! Thanks, ne
