Boca burgers are SB friendly it has the SB seal of approval on the

box. As for no snack between breakfast and lunch. I'm not hungry

then. I don't feel the need to eat when not hungry just to do so.

I have lost 7 lbs so far. I am doing south beach but I am doing

Vegetarian South beach. It is mentioned in the book.

Your point? Most of the Kraft line is not SB friendly and they carry

Agatston's moniker as well. The ingredients in Boca burgers are not SBD

friendly.
