I did pretty good!!! I did the 3 mile WATP for Abs and after I felt it in

my arms, abs, and thighs! It really gave me energy and I felt great about

doing it!!!! I was wondering if I would make it through the whole thing and

I did. YEAH for me!!!!!! I even was within my points and made good

choices, except the pepsi.
