Guest guest
Hi Alice, I'm glad I'm not the only one that struggles with this. For me, the biggest battle is over coming the mind thing after my mind starts wandering. 8-) I tried the your soup recipe for lunch....WOW! EXCELLENT. Really hit the spot. Quick and easy AND delicious. Thanks again, Pam quick and easy.. Pam, I totally agree with you about food prep. I need for it to be quite simple and quick.. that is the best way for me to keep on this food plan. I find that if I am in the kitchen taking a lot of time preparing something, my naughty hand starts reaching for things I shouldn't have. I am learning my limitations ... that's for sure!! And, yes,.... once I start reading regular recipes I am tempted to have things I know I shouldn't. I really have to play tricks with my mind to keep on the straight and 'narrow'... heh heh. So, anyone with easy, fast recipes you consider to be very delicious and 'legal'.. please feel free to share them.. Thanks, - ALice (Rockville, Md.) ----- Original Message ----- From: and Pam Alice, and I've been looking for new things to try. I don't know about everyone else but I have a hard time looking at recipes. I try to make food prep and eating as short as possible. I start looking at recipes and it makes me hungry for other things I shouldn't have! Thanks, Pam
