Guest guest
I wish I could help I havent had a period at all since i had ..........I hope i dont have one for awhile.....i like not having it ! good luck...I hope things turn out like you want ! nichole Re: URGENT!! I'm so scared.... Only you can answer that for sure If you've resumed relations you could be pregnant, some first periods post pregnancy are anovulatory (no ovulation) but not all. If you don't get it soon you may want to test to be sure so you can start prenatal vitamins right away, you'll need the extra boost taking care of a little one and being pregnant! Hope it works out the way you want it to.SueAt 03:51 PM 1/1/01 -0500, you wrote:>....Dean is now 6.5 months old and exclusively breastfed since age 1.5-2>months old. Guest guest
" how common is it to have your cycles go different lengths like mine are? " *Very* common. My cycles range from 35 to 47 days. I was on day 34 when I discovered I was pregnant. I later figured out the date of conception to be 2 weeks earlier, when I thought I was on day 21. (I count the first day of bleeding as day 1. In this case, my period lasted 6 days, thus ended on day 6, and day 7 was the irst period-free day of the cycle.) I'm now on day 151, of the same cycle, seeing as how I'm 5 months pregnant. I enjoy keeping a detailed record. I've learned a lot about myself. (Just for kicks, get this: I even write down when I had sex. And the one time we used a condom is the night I believe I got pregnant. I hate condoms!) > " how common is it to skip a period while breastfeeding and still not >be pregnant " Also common, I'd imagine. My cycle has always been varied, so I'm not a good example. But a woman's cycle can skip a period for tons of reasons, only one of which is pregnancy. Stress, diet, medications, and illness can cause you to skip a period. Also, if you lose a great deal of weight, or gain a great deal of weight suddenly your period can be affected. Some causes can be serious, and others are temporary. I have heard that for some women, breastfeeding regulates their periods, and for others it renders their periods completely unpredictable. In all cases, time will tell if you are pregnant. If you don't test positive or have a period you should see a doctor, as there could be something seriously wrong. (That is, if you've started having periods again. Some women don't have a period the entire time they breastfeed. Lucky women. I got my period when my son was 8 months old.) Hope that helps! Guest guest
I'm not a good one to answer as my cycles generally don't return at all until I wean. It's partly tied to weight, I think, when I'm overweight my cycle is very irregular. Sue At 06:54 PM 1/1/01 -0500, you wrote: >what i kinda wanted to know was.........
