Guest guest Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 Salisbury steak 6 cube steaks garlic, salt and pepper to taste 1 big onion, chopped 2 TBS low sodium beef bouillon or 2 cubes 1 TBS olive oil Water 1 C. fat free half and half Season the cube steaks with garlic and pepper. Brown the cube steaks in the butter and add the onions. Add enough water to cover. Add beef bouillon Cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until the water is almost gone. Remove the meat and add the fat free half and half, and bring to a boil, stirring and scraping then add the steaks back to the pan, add salt to taste (not much).
