3rd day of Phase 1 and WOO HOO!

This is my 3rd day of Phase 1...yesterday morning

I'd lost 2 lbs...this morning, I'd lost another

3...so 5 lbs. in 2 days! Woo HOO!

I'm sticking to simple things like turkey/cheese

roll-ups, salads with meat and lots of veggies,

string cheese or pistachio nuts (nuts only once/day)

for snacks...and I'm drinking 80 oz. of water each

day. I'll add more variety, but I know me...the

more simple I can keep it the first few days, the

better I'll do in sticking to it!

Can't wait to try to allowed desserts...I thought

it would be a looooong time before I'd have dessert

again!

Back to reading the book....
