1/30/06 goal: 1800 calorie exchange food plan Breakfast: 1 egg 1 piece of bread, plain 1/2 banana 1 cup of 2% milk Lunch: 2/3 cup spaghetti 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup baked squash 2 slices of lean turkey breast, luncheon met 4 oz fruit juice Snack: 6 oz fat free yogurt 1 oz pretzels 1 banana Dinner: 2/3 cup spaghetti 1 cup chili with beans 1 and 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (squash, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower) 1/2 applesauce 64 oz water
