I do better if I eat small meals frequently. I usually have breakfast between 6 and 7; lunch at 11; a snack around 4 or 5 and dinner when I get home from work about 8:30 pm. I do well when I eat something before bedtime. I don't know how the schedule will work on the weekends. Breakfast: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese 1/2 cup canned peaches 1 slice toast with 1 tsp butter and jelly 1 cup of 2% milk Lunch: 1 slice of the "works" pizza !!!!!!!! 1 banana Snack: tuna salad sandwhich Dinner: 1 cup chili with beans 1 cup mac and cheese 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower) with 1 tsp butter & some salt 64 oz water TOPS hugs and smiles, Beth Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
