Guest guest
Clara, Sounds deeelicious!!! Think I'll make some when I lose my first 10 lbs. this year ... and I can PRETEND it's ice cream (my comfort food). Thanks for the recipe. I don't understand WW points ... do you have any idea how many calories that would correspond to? ((Hugs)) JeanetteClara Gleghorn wrote: Hey, This is a new WW recipe I found in 'The Midlander" magazine and wanted to share it with you.....haven't tried it yet, but plan to and sooooon. Guest guest
Jeanette, I don't know about the calories, but when I make something like this I write down the calories off the containers as I mix it up - - then divide it by the servings and figure out my own calories. I don't so much count calories as I try to watch the saturated fat and carbs - - but you can figure those out the same way. Clara
