Guest guest
Sio, >Actually, my child is not autistic, but may be high in copper. He also seems to be high in zinc, however. Why do you think he is high in zinc and copper? Zinc helps to lower copper. You should also read Carl C. Pfeiffer, PhD, MD's book NUTRITION AND MENTAL ILLNESS. You can order the book at Amazon.com for $10.36. Dr, Pfeiffer treated thousands of individuals with mental illness and has specific vitamin/mineral recommendations depending on blood/urine tests and symptoms. The book discusses specific treatments for pyroluria and high copper. I forgot to mention, for Pyroluria, Dr. Pfeiffer also recommends manganese (as gluconate) 10 mg. morning and evening.
