Guest guest
ann; I meant to write this yesterday, but forgot. I measure how much my quiche pan holds; mine is 4 cups. Then, I'll add the necessary quiche ingredients (eggs, milk, black pepper, cheese) to my 4 cup measuring cup. I'll then search the refrigerator for leftover steamed veggies (I like broccoli in my quiche and we eat a LOT of it) or sauté veggies to put into the quiche. Whatever I add, it goes into the 4 cup measuring cup. I continue adding steamed veggies (or chopped green onions that I don't pre-cook) to bring it to 4 cups. I then spray the pan with cooking spray and bake. You'll be amazed at the wonderful combinations you'll come up with. We like asparagus with ham and mild cheddar cheese. I also like spinach, green onions and tomatoes. Broccoli, sautéed onion and cheddar is very good too. Good luck and let us know what combinations you 'discover'. You're a good cook (I've seen your recipes), so I know you'll find something wonderful that you like. Donna
