2 1/2 Tbls paprika

2 Tbls garlic powder

1 Tbls salt

1 Tbls onion powder

1 Tbls dried oregnao

1 Tbls dried thyme

1 Tbls ground red pepper

1 Tbls ground black pepper

Store in an air tight container.

To use, rub about 1/2 teaspoon per filet. Sometimes I'll ground some pecans and

dredge the fish in the nuts and spice - it's really good!

Fish

would love to have it!

Thanks!

Pam

I love catfish baked with a cajun seasoning and a tad of seasoned salt on top.

I have a good creole seasoning recipe. If you want me to look for it, say

the word. BTW, creole seasoning mixed with some pecans on chicken or fish

ROCKS!
