Pam My husband and I have been trying to think of new ways to cook fish - we are literally eating it 3-4 times a week now (this is up from NEVER!) - we have found that we like Grouper and Tilapia and Salmon. Anyone have any good (EASY) fish receipes or sauces to use for grilling/baking/etc... ? Tonite i made grouper - i pureed some diced tomatoes w/olive oil and garlic, a splash of skim milk, some fat free chicken broth and added mushrooms - then poured that over the fish and cooked it - turned out pretty good, but that's about as inventive as i've gotten...
