Guest guest
How do I know how much is OK to eat? It's made completely of SBD Phase 1 ingedients: Chickpeas, Olive Oil, roasted bell peppers... But a 50 calorie (2 Tbls) serving has 30 calories from fat (3G). I pay close attention to my " hunger " and " I'm full " signals, but a lot of this delicious delight can be consumed in one sitting. Surely, if I indulge, I'll not lose weight! Opinions from experienced SBD's? Thanks, Mari

Mari, Are you using this as a snack or a meal? Just be sensible about it. A snack is just that -- a snack. You shouldn't be going through a tub of hummus and a box of crackers in one sitting. Left to your own whims, how much would you eat in a single sitting or day? How many servings are there in a container?
Guest guest
There are 7 servings in one container, and that would easily be most of a meal. But it's really not a very large container. Less than a cup. I just add celery, or red pepper slices, for dipping. It's a great snack too. >Mari, >Are you using this as a snack or a meal? >Just be sensible about it.
