About the same. Still about 5lbs down. I've been working out twice a week

with a trainer at the gym, and still playing tennis twice a week too, so I'm

hoping that I'm building a little bit of muscle. I've haven't been as

strict as I should be in Phase 2 (the dreaded Girl Scout cookies arrived

this week!), but I've been back on it the past two days.

Hence my going overboard. The calorie counter that ann suggested

REALLY spelled it out for me! I was eating like 800 calories just in

nuts!! (I've never tracked my calories like that before.)
