I've been working out twice a week with a trainer at the gym, and still playing tennis twice a week too, so I'm hoping that I'm building a little bit of muscle. I've haven't been as strict as I should be in Phase 2 (the dreaded Girl Scout cookies arrived this week!), but I've been back on it the past two days. Thanks for asking!
