Thanks for the recipe Lynne (and my dh loves your quote below your name), Cheryl Lemon Roasted Brussel Sprouts 1lb Brussel Sprouts....trimmed and cut in half 2Tbs olive oil 1lemon 1Tbs of seasoned rice Vinegar Kosher salt to taste Place sprouts in backing dish, and toss with 2Tbs Olive Oil , the lemon and bit of salt and grated peel of one Lemon.Roast for 3O min at 350, stirring couple of times...while still hot add juice of one lemon and 1tbs seasoned rice vinegar mix and serve Lynne Underwood Walnut Creek, CA ludogs@...
