Guest guest
Congratulations, on your first day of the SBD!! Yes, it's important not to skip meals. I can't say enough about planning and preparing ahead of time to SAVE time when we're rushed. You might consider making your breakfast before bed and heat it up the next morning. Catsup is ok if it's sugar-free. I've seen it at the stores, but can't remember a brand name now. I think Carb Options is one brand. Tomorrow is a new day!! Guest guest
, In the evening after supper, or on the weekend, make yourself a quiche. Then eat 1/4 of it each day for breakfast. I do this all the time so I won't have to cook in the morning. I have recipes for spinach quiche, broccoli quiche and bacon quiche, if you want any recipes for them. There is also a recipe for " quiche cups to go, " which you make in muffin tins and eat a couple a day in the morning. You can also eat things like turkey slices, cheese slices, hard boiled eggs, deviled eggs for breakfast. Just cook the eggs the night before or on the weekend. But, whatever you do, don't skip breakfast. And on phase 1, snacks are mandatory. Have either a piece or two of string cheese, 1/4 cup nuts, olives (I think we are allowed 10, but check the list), celery with 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter or lowfat cream cheese, sliced veggies. What was in your Dunkin Donuts coffee? ann > > Hi! > My name is and this is the 1st day of my Phase 1.
